Contested Wills
Sometimes a person dies not leaving a will or they make a Will and do not fully understand what they are doing.
Sometimes a person dies suddenly and fails to make adequate provision for important family members or dependants.
If you think that proper provision has not been made in a will then contact Low Doherty and Stratford to discuss whether there are proper grounds for contesting the will or making a claim for lack of adequate provision.
Deceased Estates
When a person dies, assets need to be collected and dealt with in accordance with the Will.
Low Doherty & Stratford will handle all necessary legal procedure in relation to a deceased estate including obtaining a Grant of Probate if this is necessary.
