Professional Profile & Experience
Kerrie commenced her professional legal career in 2008 as a legal secretary working across practice areas including Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Estate Planning, Family Law, Personal Injury Law and Compensation claims. Kerrie joined Low Doherty & Stratford in 2013 as a legal secretary while undertaking her Bachelor of Laws degree.
Working as a legal secretary in various areas of the law enhanced Kerrie’s understanding of the law and its practical application. The combination of Kerrie’s experience and the time she has spent working alongside the Partners at Low Doherty & Stratford, has given her the opportunity to gain a strong level of experience and knowledge of the law, providing Kerrie with a comprehensive foundation for when she was admitted as a Lawyer in 2016
Kerrie is committed to making sure that matters are reviewed and managed in an efficient way whilst still maintaining a high level of professionalism. As part of this commitment, Kerrie engages with clients, building a strong rapport in order to have a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations. Kerrie aims to communicate with clients in a professional, yet personable and easy to understand manner, by breaking down the legal process into common language that is easy to understand ensuring that clients are well informed.
Kerrie attained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and was admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2016.
